RETURN POLICY
In the event that your footwear does not fit and you would like to complete an exchange, please notify tejahnburnett.com no later than 3 business days (72 Hours) after your delivery date. Exchanges are expected to be delivered to us within 14 days of your delivery date.
- Both insole and outsoles must not be worn,
- Altered
- Washed, and be accompanied by the original tags.
- All footwear must be returned in its original condition and original box — labels added and any damages to the shoebox may result in your return being declined.
- Exchanges for another size will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable. The cost of shipping is the customers expense.
