RETURN POLICY
In the event that your footwear does not fit and you would like to complete an exchange, your item must arrive at tejahnburnett.com no later than 14 days after your delivery date.
In order to exchange an item, the item(s);
- Both insole and outsoles must not be worn,
- Altered
- Washed, and be accompanied by the original tags.
- All footwear must be come back in the original box in its original condition— labels added and any damages to the shoebox may result in your return being declined.
- Exchanges for another size will be processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable. The cost of shipping is the customers expense.
